Brihaspati Kendra ("we", "us", "our") provides Vedic astrology tools and services, including birth chart (Kundli) generation, Guna Milan compatibility matching, paid chat consultations with an astrologer, and written astrology reports. By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must sign in with a Google account to generate and save Kundli charts, book a chat consultation, or order a report. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details (date, time, and place of birth) you provide — chart calculations and readings depend entirely on this information being correct.
3. Nature of Our Services
Vedic astrology, Kundli charts, Guna Milan compatibility scores, dashas, and astrologer readings are offered for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, or result. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or life choices remain entirely your own responsibility.
4. Payments
Payments for chat consultations and reports are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. Prices for all current offerings are listed on our Pricing page. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for details on refunds.
5. Chat Consultations
Chat sessions are conducted in good faith between you and our astrologer, for the duration of the package you purchase. Sessions begin once your payment is confirmed and the astrologer approves your request. Please arrive with your questions ready — unused time in a session does not roll over or carry forward.
6. Reports
Written reports (Personality, Career, Marriage & Relationship, Gemstone Suggestion) are prepared by our astrologer based on the birth details you submit and are typically delivered via WhatsApp. Delivery timelines are indicative and may occasionally vary.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false payment confirmations, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brihaspati Kendra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any chart, report, or advice provided through this website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
